1. Shipping

1.a) We ship to most countries in the world via standard shipping for free, and expedited shipping is available for $24.90.
1.b) When you place your order, you will receive an approximate delivery time based on the availability of your items. Shipping date estimates will appear on the order page depending on the shipping methods you choose.
1.c) Please note that the delivery dates stated on your order page are approximate and for guidance purposes only. Actual delivery dates may vary.


2. Shipping Procedure, Tracking Number, and Insurance

2.a) Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day and strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

The timeframe for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days
  • Shipping Time:
    • Standard Shipping: 7-21 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 4-7 business days

2.b) Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. Please note that it may take up to 1-2 days before the tracking number can be updated online.
2.c) All orders are insured against loss. In the unfortunate event that your item is lost during transit, please Contact Us so we may provide you with a full refund.


3. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

3.1 Returns

We accept returns on most products within 14 days for items that HAVE NOT BEEN USED, WORN, or ALTERED, and with ALL tags and/or stickers attached AND accompanied by original sale receipts.

3.2 Exchanges

3.2.a) All exchange requests must be received at our office within 21 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to fulfill your exchange request.
3.2.b) If your desired replacement item is no longer available, we will help you find another item you like or process a refund if the item falls within our return policy.
3.2.c) Special offers are not refundable or exchangeable.
3.2.d) For size issues, we can only exchange the same item once.

3.3 Returns and Exchanges Procedure

3.3.a) If you want to return or exchange your order, you must take reasonable care of the items, and they should be returned unused and in their original condition within 30 days from the original delivery date. We recommend asking the shipping carrier for proof of posting and insuring the return shipment, as you are responsible for the goods until we receive them at our warehouse.
3.3.b) In case of a dispute, we also recommend retaining proof of sending. Without this, we cannot process an exchange if we do not receive the returned items. Please Contact Us for a return address.
3.3.c) All returns must be received by our office within 30 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for all costs incurred in returning the item to us.
3.3.d) For returns, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
3.3.e) For exchanges, we will ship your desired product to you within 14 days of receiving the returned product, per our shipping policy.


4. Damaged or Defective Goods

4.a) We are committed to selling only high-quality products. To that end, we employ several quality checks before a product is shipped.
4.b) If you have received a damaged or defective product, please Contact Us within 14 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a free exchange with a replacement product or a full refund.
4.c) In the case of a refund, we will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the damaged or defective item. Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment.
4.d) For replacements, we will ship a new product to you within 14 days of receiving the damaged or defective product, as per our shipping policy.


5. Events Outside Our Control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in the performance of any of our obligations if caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, industrial dispute, or acts of local or central government or other competent authorities.
